Shipping & pickup /

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are dispatched within two days after payment. Dispatch time is not delivery time: transit times depend on the destination and carrier. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. If your destination has no checkout option, email us before ordering so we can confirm arrangements.

Local pickup is available by appointment. Email rockchen@dogwalkingartisan.com to arrange a time; the pickup address will be provided privately after confirmation. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Review the shipping charges, taxes and order total before paying. For address corrections, delayed, missing or damaged parcels, email us with your order number.
