For a change-of-mind return, email rockchen@dogwalkingartisan.com within 14 days after receiving your item. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Contact us for return instructions before sending an item.

You are responsible for return shipping for a change-of-mind return. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, we cover reasonable return shipping costs. Treatment of the original shipping charge depends on the reason for the return and applicable law.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will confirm the refund outcome by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider. These terms do not limit rights under applicable consumer law. This policy covers products; service arrangements are confirmed separately before booking.

如因個人原因退貨，請於收貨後 14 天內寄信，提供訂單編號及商品名稱。商品須未使用、完整並保留原包裝；寄回前請先聯絡取得退貨指示。

一般退貨由買家負擔回程運費；寄錯或瑕疵商品由我們承擔合理退回費用。原運費是否退回依退貨原因及適用法律處理。收到並檢查商品後會以郵件通知退款結果，核准退款退回原付款方式，入帳時間依付款機構而定。本政策不影響法定消費者權利；服務安排會在預約前另行確認。
