Dog Walking Artisan uses information you provide through enquiries and orders to respond, arrange services and fulfil purchases. This may include your name, email, optional contact details, delivery information, order details and information you choose to share about your dog.

Our website uses Wix for website and business functions, including forms, shopping and checkout. Payments are handled by the providers available at checkout. Relevant information is shared with service providers as needed to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders and communicate with you. These providers may process information outside British Columbia or Canada. We may disclose information when required by law.

Browser storage maintains shopping sessions and language preferences. We do not run additional advertising tracking or marketing email campaigns. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

We limit access to people who need the information for these purposes and retain records as needed for business and legal purposes. We will explain any limits, including records that must be retained. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
